This route departs from Los Cancajos going up towards the mountains. We will drive through banana plantations, main agricultural resource of the island, until we reach the centre of the municipality of Breña Baja. From there, we will drive off-roads and upwards through the ravine that goes from San Jose to the Cross La Pavona, from where we will begin to enjoy the nature of the island. We will then take the paved road towards the forest up to a point where we will take a detour that takes us in to the off-road that will lead us to the municipality of Fuencaliente. This route goes through different sites where we will be able to appreciate and enjoy the flora at different levels and wonderful views over the eastern coast side of the island. In total, we will drive a distance of fourty kilometres in about six hours.
